- Event tent open at 5:45 pm
- Tickets sales for auction and Mystery Box 5:45 pm to 8:30 pm
- Open bar from 5:45 om to closing
- Food service from the 12-15 local restaurants and caterers from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
- Live auction from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm
- Silent auction and Mystery Box announcements from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm
